Walls

She sees walls on all sides
She's trying to break free
She slips and slides
So far away from me

Trying to reach out to her
She took my hand
Reaching longer
To make sure she could stand

She still trapped by the walls
Theirs nothing I can do
It pains her so much she crawls
Trying to find what's true

Feeling so closed in
The crushing force of gravity
She reaches for that thin
Fabric of sanity

Finally came up for air
He releases a breath of relief
He can see her shining hair
The walls are down, hopefully is not brief

It's the end
She is released
Nothing left to mend
No longer policed

Thought mind body soul
Are finally given in whole
