It hurts me to see you torn like this,

With your focus divided, unsure which way to go.

What can I say, what else can I do?

Except to say that if you need me, I’ll be here for you.

Whenever I think of him

I’m suddenly filled with blood hot rage.

How could he be so cruel to hurt you in this way?

You are better off without him either way.

Please my friend, I implore you:

Come out of the rain, learn to stand again!

Don’t stay outside and let him hold you back.

Move on, stand up, and raise your head up high,

He’s no longer worth your time.
