I may not be religious, but I do love to write about angels. This is about how we have betrayed those poor guidance angels with our sins. Such a true story (the part about us constantly doing sins).

Please review! Sara.

An Angel’s Tears

--

They weep,

Terrible tears, pitiful and deep.

They stand and watch sadly

As they see us sin madly.

--

A single tear falls across their cheek

They can hardly speak.

How could the humans go so wrong?

They mournfully stare, oh they wait for so long.

Wait for right to be done

So they can return to their own fun.

--

But another angel’s tears fall

Another sin has to make its call.

The people have spoken

Betrayed, the angels are broken.

God will create the thunder and the lighting,

Trying to scare the bad away with noise so frightening.

The people are stubborn and do not change

While the angels watch with their long visual range.

--

They cannot bear it any longer

The tears are getting stronger.

They drop down to the Earth to warn the sinners,

Those stupid devil beginners.

Rain will drop

But the evil will not stop.

We are a corrupt race,

Consumed with this disgrace.
