Time

A lone baby bird

Follows the path of the wind

Stutters slightly and tilts

Recovers and keeps going

To where does it go I wonder

Does it let fate carry it

Or

Its free will

Will it let something

Else

Decide its destiny

Or its own heart

Will it create its own path,

Take it upon itself

To change direction

And fly free

Time is the problem

Time is the question

Time is the answer

And only time will tell
