My heart is like a glass rose

So fragile…so tender

I give it to you…

The symbol of my love

Its everlasting…it grows

But if you let it drop…if you let it die

It will not grow back

It will shatter…my little glass rose

So don’t let it break…don’t let it fall

Keep it close to you…

You…my nourishment…

You keep me alive…

I love you…

Why do you let it drop…let it die?

You shatter my love…my heart…my little glass rose

Must you…do this to me?

I love you…

Yet you leave me to pick up the pieces, the petals…

My everlasting heart, my love…

…broken, lifeless…never to be repaired, never revived

But I love you…only you…
