I Call You My Everything

I see you

And my knees get weak

I fall into your arms

As if I was a bird

Learning to fly

And when we say goodbye

You fall into my arms

As if you’re an angel

Falling from the sky

I hold you

That’s when I realize

Just how much

My love for you

Is true

Listening to the sound

Of the heart

That beats for me

And me alone

Never ever wanting

To let you go

Then you kiss my lips

And every time

Sware it’s the first cause I still feel

My heart burst

Full of joy

Saying

You really love that boy

Then it comes time for you to go

And in my head I still say no

Then you leave

And alone I stand

There in the dark

No longer holding your hand

Then you call later that night

We sit up and talk

As if it’s been forever

Since the last time we spoke

You tell me you love and miss me

With all your heart

And then a feeling

Of immortally

Runs through my body

The kind of feeling you get

When it’s as though

Some one comes in

And turns your whole world

Upside down

And you can no longer stand to frown

And that’s just what you did to me

And for that now

I call you my baby

I call you my everything
