salut et quoi de neuf (hi and what's new)! once again, i have put together a little intro page. i'm also really excited about this story - it's different, yet similar to what i have previously written. read, review, and enjoy, s'il vous plaît!

Full Summary: Shou, who has lived with a mysterious illness for most of his life, knows that he is going to die when he turns the age of fifteen. With the final days looming closer, he decides to take fate into his own hands, and end his life himself. But to his surprise, a girl named Chiyo finds him, and stops him from making the mistake of committing suicide. Afterwards, both Shou's life and health improve as he searches for a classmate named Chiyo, who has suddenly disappeared, and answers to see if she is a mystical "pure angel" - according to his family legend, if you set a pure angel free, then you are guaranteed to have a content heart for the rest of your life.

Characters:

Shou Nikko- 14 (Pisces, blood type O) main character of the story. He is very intrigued by the myths in his family because they distract his mind from the reality of his life - every day of every year in the hospital. Because his illness seemed to be slowing down, he was allowed to attend school, but was quickly pulled out when new symptoms made it difficult for him to attend everyday. Even though he has a calm attitude, he often makes decisions without thinking them through.

Chiyo Koide- 14 (Virgo, blood type AB). She is believed to have interrupted Shou’s attempted suicide. Soon afterwards, she moves out of town, and her new location is a mystery. Coincidentally, she possesses many qualities of a "pure angel" - wise, sweet, caring, thoughtful about life, and shy.

Taiki Morita- 17 (Libra, blood type B). A friend of Shou's who volunteers at the hospital. He is studying to become a doctor.

Imako Bai- 13 (Cancer, blood type O). Also one of Shou's friends, she is a patient in the hospital who needs an organ transplant. She has a timid personality and a huge crush on Shou.
