Daily Dose of Reality

Blundering through life, unsure of what to be

For my never ending failures, are all I can see

So many expectations, I try to meet them all

But my flimpsy attempts, are what cause me to fall

Lack the drive I need to succeed

Destined to follow a great persons lead

Floating through a cloud... created by shame

No one's fault... Only I'm to blame

People can't comprehend what a failure I am

Believe my weakness' to be one big sham

Repetitive questions, "Do you even try?"

Cold truth responses, mistaken as a bitter sweet lie

The constant feeling of dread is a normality

As I prepare myself, for my daily dose of reality

And I look in the mirror, and miserably turn away

From the unfortunate dissapointment... I see everyday
