“Come to Me”

He's looking for some answers,
Searching for the truth.
Trying to find a reason
For his pain.
But everywhere he turns
It's just another dead end.
And then the Son of God steps in

He says, "Come to me, child
I'll take your pain away.
Don't walk alone anymore.
I want to help you.
I'm what you're looking for.
Come to me child, and rejoice."

The teenage girl is struggling,
In a life filled with sin.
She tries to save herself
But she can't.
For everything she tries
Is just another dead end.
And then the Son of God steps in

He says, "Come to me, child
I'll take your pain away.
Don't walk alone anymore.
I want to help you.
I'm what you're looking for.
Come to me child, and rejoice."

I was brokenhearted,
Filled with dark despair.
I didn't want to be alone
Anymore.
So I got on my knees,
and opened up my heart.
I let the Son of God step in

He said, "Come to me, child."
He took my pain away.
I was not alone anymore.
He said, "I want to help you,
I'm what you're looking for.
Come to me child, and rejoice.

Come to me child, and rejoice."
I became his child, and rejoiced.
