The passion in her soul is fading away
While the sparkles in her eyes are leaving by day
She lays in bed and stares at the wall out there
It’s a wall that seems to be everywhere
She doesn’t want to be hurt one more time
Even thought every problem is a chime
Music is played over and over in her head
And lyrics that she hates are read
Its like a constant road here
With no logic on the paths there
She’s blind to her troubled-thoughts
And this web that she has been caught
The wind is getting stronger and nothing has a grip
She has to hold onto something so she doesn’t flip
Out of control she sees herself going and she’s defenseless
And she remembers the days where everything was bliss
She wants to close her eyes and see her dreams awake
And her smile is turning more and more fake
As the days pass she hates to see
That things are changing from what she use to be.
