I don't understand

I can't find the way out of my thoughts

I don't know what to do

And I find myself tumbling into my thoughts

Crushing realities

Entwining them with my fantasies

I cannot tell left from right

Or right from wrong

The world is now upside down

Or is it downside up

I can't handle it

Then I lean on you

Yet you don't understand

I'm puzzle to you

And a puzzle to myself.
