You’ve been lying on your bed for an hour, pencil in your hand and thoughts in your mind, but no words on the paper. You don’t even know what to say, or write in this case. There are so many things You want to tell him; like how much you love him and how much you’re missing him right now. You want the world to disappear and leave you alone. Every time you want to do something, it takes a turn for the worst and puts you through hell. You want him to hold you in his arms forever; for they are your sanctuary. The only thing you want and the only thing you need is him. He’s the one who keeps you sane when you’re losing your temper and the only one who can calm you when you’ve already lost it. You’ll never go too far away; he’d die if you did. And what if he went? What’s life worth without him beside you? You once wrote his name in the sand but the waves washed it away so you wrote it in your heart and forever it will stay.

So much for not being able to write. But it’s still not enough; music can explain what you can not. “So I’m a little out of center, I’m a little out of tune.” Who wants to be normal in the sameness of the world? What other people call crazy, he calls cute. They just read you wrong. He gets you and when no one understands, he comes and holds your hand. You can’t help but be you around him and without him, you’re alone. Lost in the same old routine of the world you were never (and will never be) part of. But when you’re with him, you feel whole and complete. You don’t think you could ever stop loving him. Before he found you, you were a wreck. Even though it may not have seemed like it, your depression was at it’s strongest point and it took so much energy to be happy. Now you look at his face and can’t help but smile. He is your sunshine, your only sunshine. He makes you happy when skies are gray. He’ll never know, how much you love him. Please don’t let your sunshine get away.
