Author’s Note: ehhh… I don’t exactly know what inspired this, just that the main verse and what it’s about struck me as interesting. It’s mainly about a war of good versus evil…and neither wins.

Returning To Home

By Yukimi

--

Kill me,

Slaughter me whole,

I’m wanting

To return to my home

Slaughter me

Now go,

I’m wanting, wanting

To leave this world.

--

I’m killing you,

Killing you whole,

I’ll return you,

Return to your home,

I promised you death

And I’d never lie

--

Kill me,

Slaughter me whole,

I’m wanting

To return to my home,

Slaughter me

Now go,

I’m wanting, wanting

To leave this world.

--

I’m killing you,

Killing you whole,

Returning you straight to your home

Away, out of this world,

With me,

Dead at your side.

--

Kill me,

Slaughter me whole…

The war of good versus evil

Has returned me to home,

The good nor evil winning,

With you at my side

The evil smoldered with the good

Neither won, we both died.

Killed us…

Slaughtered us whole

Returning,

Returning us home.
