Eyes of Honestly

No matter what you say or what you do,

My eyes they cannot lie to you.

Incapable of naught but honesty,

My soul is bared for all to see.

They will not lie, no matter what I speak.

My heart is deceived, but my eyes truth keep.

The truth of my life is there if you’d look;

My feelings to you as an open book.

They problem is no one will take the time

To look at me and see the honesty – mine.
