Seems like yesterday I was three, going outside to play
Now I only have three more years
'till I go away
I will admit I am nervous
not ready to be on my own
off to college, ready to learn
miles away from home
but worry not I tell myself
you still have some time
to be a curfew bound
all-around
carefree high school teen.
