How Long?

How long 'til you put two and two together?

How long 'til you can see my lies through and through?

I want to tell you, please believe me

But you have to figure it out all by yourself

I've shown you all that I can

I've told you all I dare say

But is it enough for you to see

My lies, my tales, who I am inside

But I'm sorry to say my time's run short

And so here I am begging you to say

How long 'til you put two and two together?

How long 'til you can see my lies through and through?

I want to tell you, please believe me

But you have to figure it out all by yourself

I'm losing time, I haven't much left

Until I'll be long gone, ne'er to be saved

You have to help me out but you have to know

You can't help me until you figure it out

So I'll keep giving you clues to help you

But your deadline's approaching and you have to know

How long 'til you put two and two together

How long 'til you can see my lies through and through

I want to tell you, please believe me

But you have to figure it out all by yourself

Oh yeah, my time's running short

You're running out of time to learn

You have to figure this out now

Because you're out of time

Did you put two and two together?

Did you see my lies through and through?

I told you all the clues that I dared

So did you figure it out?

'Cause if you're reading this, it's already too late
