Okay so here is my newest story and to be honest I have no idea where I am going with this one. If you happen to be someone who reviewed my other story then I promise the same random-ness and crazy characters but you also get vampires, werewolves and Fianna rangers. Which I will explain later in the story so here we go!!!!!!!

"That's not a nice thing to call someone," I pouted, "and it's my birthday!"

"Yes I know honey but it's true. You are a witch. Well not technically, you are really a Fianna Ranger, a magical being descendent from the Great Fionn." My mother told me. I still didn't believe her. My thirteenth birthday and she expects me to believe this crap? What happened to the My Chemical Romance CD I wanted, huh?

"Who is this Fionn poser?" I asked. I was still in that stage where I called everyone and everything a poser.

"Fionn was a great magician, warrior, and poet revered by thousands back in Scotland. He was a great man he was not a poser." My mother said. I laughed.

"He's a magician/warrior and he still finds the time to write poetry. Wow what a role model." I sneered.

"It's true Aerona. The Avalbane clan has been followers for centuries. It's our family tradition." My mother added. Yeah along with the tradition of giving every one an extremely Scottish name, which is, why instead of going by Aerona I go by Aera. So what if I am named after some war goddess. Well, that part is somewhat cool.

"Aiden you can't believe this can you?" I asked. Aiden Meyers was my best friend and has been since I was two years old, which is around the same time he started dating my other best friend Breena. He has sandy blonde hair and dark brown eyes, your typical soccer star.

"I can because…I don't really know how to put this…,"He stammered.

"Spit it out. I wanna tell her next!" Breena stated.

"Well, I'm kind of a werewolf." He said.

"No way, you got to be shitting me. That is bitchin." I cheered.

"Watch the language Aera." My mother scolded.

"Breena Bryer what magical creature could you be?" I asked. My best friend started to jump up and down sending red curls of hair flying. Her light green eyes lit up.

"I'm a fairy I have wings and everything it has been so hard to hide it from you. You don't even know!" She said. She twirled around and sprouted a pair of light green fairy wings. She looked like a butterfly.

"That is friggin' hilarious that a werewolf is dating a fairy. Someone please tell me what Brianna is." I asked. Brianna was Breena's fraternal twin sister they shared the same hair color. The looked similar except Brianna had blue eyes.

"She is human. She cannot know about this. She will tell everyone and then they will put us in labs and testing facilities." Breena said.

"I don't plan on seeing the inside of area fifty one." Aiden stated.

"Okay got it no telling Brianna." I said.

"Time to start your training." My mom said.

"Mom I got a training bra when I was like nine I think I got the hang of it." I said.

"Hey watch the girl talk there is a male present." Aiden pleaded.

"Not that training, your ranger training." My mom said.

"Okay! This is going to be awesome. " I said. I thrust my fist in the air and a small burst of flame erupted above me.

"Oopsies." I said.

About three years later:

"Come on you know you want this." The guy behind me said.

"Oh yes I want it so bad it hurts, it keeps me up at night tossing and…"I said sarcastically.

"You know you love Ulric." He said.

"Well Ulric should stop talking about himself in the third person because that is Aera's job." I stated.

"Sorry I forgot you're the only one allowed to be crazy." He said.

"Damn straight. Now hurry up and pay the woman or we are going to miss the first half. It's the first game and Aiden is starting." I said. I looked up at Ulric. He rolled his eyes. I met Ulric the day I started my training. We were both major noobs back then, and we were friends ever since. I ruffled his dark hair.

"Good boy." I skipped back to our seats in the stands.

"Go Riverside Ravens! Kick some Cougar ass!" Breena yelled. She looked over at us and waved.

"Thank god I am starving!" She shouted over the roar of the crowd. She grabbed the nachos from Ulric and started to shove it in her face. I started to nibble on my fries.

"I can't see there is a big fat tall person in front of me," I complained. Hm, what to do what to do? Ah, look an available seat.

"Who invited you?" Ulric asked as I sat on his lap.

"I did. Now shut it." I said.

"All I see is a mass of brown hair." He whined.

"Yeah well in a minute all you'll see is icy blue eyes when I turn around and give you the death glare." I threatened.

"It wouldn't affect me." He said. I turned around and glared at him. He kissed my check.

"Yuckie!" I shouted as I wiped the kiss off my check.

"You liked it I can tell." He said. I turned around and stuck my tongue out at him.

"Kids these days." He complained.

"You know what; I think I'm going to stand. I can't breath sitting here your ego is suffocating me." I said.

"Oh zing! You just got rocked!" Breena shouted.

I hopped up and started to cheer with Breena. Aiden scored a goal and the crowd went wild.

"Goal! Woot!" I cheered.

"Do they charge you extra for a ticket?" The blonde girl behind us asked.

"No, the don't Brianna." Breena said dryly.

"I just thought they would like to keep the freaks out." She said. All her little crones giggled. Ever since freshman year when Brianna became a chemically altered blonde she made it her goal in life to torture me and my friends.

"I'm surprised they let you in at all. You and your friends exceed this stadium's maximum whore capacity." I said. Ulric laughed behind me.

"Hey Ulric I didn't see you there." She said flipping here bottled blonde hair dramatically.

"Hello Brianna. It's nice to see again." He said and winked at them. They all giggled. I think I might have mentally vomited.

"Are you going to Eric's party tonight? I'm going to be there." She said.

"Sorry I have plans." He said as he looked up at Breena and me. We laughed and exchanged high fives.

"Well if you ever want some better company you know where to find me." She said in a voice I guess she thinks is seductive.

"Yeah he can look you up in the phone book under desperate." I said.

"Shut up freak." She said.

"Make me plastic mannequin of a conformist society." I said.

"What?" She asked.

"Brain cells are wasted on you." I said and turned around to cheer as our team scored another goal.

After the game, (which we won) we met Aiden in the parking lot.

"Aiden!" Breena shouted. She ran over to him. He hugged her and kissed her on the cheek. They walked over hand in hand.

"I need meat." He stated.

"I guess that means we're going to your house." I asked.

"Yeah pile in the car we have to give the guys a ride." He said. So Aiden, Breena, Ulric and I plus the guys (Zev and Felan) climbed into the car.

"I don't think your Honda was built for six." I said.

"What you hate being this close to me?" Ulric asked. I was going to hit him but I couldn't move my arm.

"I can't stand being this close to anyone." I stated. "I might be a little claustrophobic." I added.

"Bullshit just open the window it's hot in here anyway." He said. I did and stuck my head out like a dog. It was a lot of fun; I see why dogs enjoy it so much. We all got to Aiden's house and the guys all ran into the house.

"You think we should wait until the testosterone dies down a little?" Breena asked as we walked towards the house.

"I think we can handle it." I stated. We walked in to see the guys surrounding the fridge pulling out various forms of meat.

"Guys come on at least cook it before you eat it. You're werewolves not barbarians." I said.

"Meat!" The all shouted in unison. I wondered how fair it was to the others soccer teams to be competing against a team of werewolves.

"I change my mind I can't watch this." I turned around and walked onto the back porch. Breena came skipping after me. The flowers in the garden started to bloom and birds started to sing.

"Do you always have to do that?" I asked.

"I can't help it, I'm a happy person. You should learn to be happier to." She suggested. I sent a crack of lightning through the sky and shook the trees with thunder.

"You were saying?" I asked. She rolled her eyes, with a wave of her hand, the clouds were gone, and the sun was shining again.

"I was saying you really should at least act happy for Ulric's sake. He worries about you." She said.

"Yeah and if he would worry about the pack instead of worrying about me Damien would still be here." I stated. Soft rain started to pour as I walked out into the field behind Aiden's house.

"Really Aera you need to forget about him." Breena scolded as she leaned over the porch railing to continue our conversation without getting wet.

"I loved him. I can't just forget about him." I said. I was glad the rain was hiding the tears that were falling down my face.

"There was nothing we could do he wasn't happy here. He needed to be the leader." She stated.

"I know but I knew him better than anyone he didn't want to leave. He was forced away." I said.

"I don't think we should keep bringing this up. Let's go inside. I'm sure feeding time is over." Breena said. I turned around and walked inside. The guys were sitting in the living room playing Halo 2. I sat on the sofa regretfully next to Ulric.

"You're wet." He stated.

"Nice observation asshole." I said. He gave his controller to Breena and stared me down.

"Stop thinking about him it's not healthy." He reprimanded.

"Sorry but I can follow my own advice." I said. The storm outside grew worse and lightning flashed across the sky.

"Control your temper Aerona." He scolded.

"Yes sir." I sneered.

"Don't call me that." He said angrily.

"Don't call me Aerona." I said.

"Can you stop?" He asked. He clenched his fists.

"Can you control your temper?" I asked. He got up and left through the back door. Everyone turned to look at me.

"What?" I asked.

"Aera don't do that." Aiden said.

"When is everyone going to stop telling me what to do?" I asked.

"When you learn to control yourself and grow up." Felan said. Felan and Zev were blonde blue-eyed brothers. Felan was the eldest so he had some authority in the pack and was second in command.

"Fuck you." I said.

"Watch it." Zev added.

"I don't have to put up with this." I said as I left out the back door.

"Good while you're out there you can apologize." Felan shouted. I screamed and lighting erupted across the sky. I stormed out to the creek behind the house and walked over to my favorite rock. Yes I have a favorite rock, his name is Fernando and we have delightful conversations.

"Get your ass of my rock!" I shouted.

"I don't see your name on it." Ulric said. I walked over and moved his leg to reveal an engraving. Aera loves Fernando.

"You named it, you're insane." He said. I sat next to him on Fernando the Rock.

"Yes well he understands me." I said.

"He is an inanimate object devoid of emotion." He stated.

"You two have a lot in common." I said. He laughed.

"What?" I asked.

"We do have a lot in common. We both understand you and love you." He said.

"Don't start this again." I said.

"I can't help it. You said yourself…" He began.

"You can't control who you fall in love with. I know I was naïve back then." I said.

"You still are." He added.

"Whatever." I said. I leaned down, took off my shoes, and unzipped my jacket. I tossed the bundle in a tree.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"I'm going to enjoy this freak weather. Who knew it could be sunny one minute and storming the next." I said.

"You can't make it rain wherever and whenever you want." He said.

"Yes I can. Besides we live in the mid-Atlantic people are used to this kind of weather and what's one more misinformed meteorologist?" I questioned.

"That's one way of looking at it." He said.

"I'm more capable then you think I am." I said.

"That's what worries me." He said.

"Oh look a froggie. Here froggie, froggie!" I cheered.

"Then again I've been wrong before." He said.

So there you go. Chapter one is done. Yay. I bought froggie stickers yesterday and I am officially obsessed. Reviews are greatly appreciated. Much love to my peeps. What up homeskillets?
