Endless Truth

The swirling of white feathers

Whispering throughout the wind

They know my crime

I can’t escape

--

They don’t understand

I was just trying to help

The pounding in the sky

As the ground slowly rumbles

--

Clouds begin to from

Day turns to night

He was going to kill her

I had no choice

--

I didn’t meant to hurt him

There was no other way

Darkness surrounds me

The feathers turned razor sharp

As they twirl around me

--

Everything freezes

As the world gradually dissipates

I leisurely open my eyes

Reality awaits me

Yet I can never escape the truth
