The Problem with Long Distance Relationships (1)

You once wrote me a note, explaining why we can never be together. At the bottom, you wrote:

“I have always wanted to press your warmth against mine.”

But that is a lie. That is not the reason why you wanted to break up. The truth is far from the warmth I could ever provide you. The truth is closer to non-fiction idealisms. You may have crossed the words but, once held against the light, you can never deny it. The truth which you have tried to hide from me come alive and eats me. My mind pounds against my skull, wanting to escape my stupidity in hoping that you would understand.

Why are you so shallow?
