Soaring, flying, running, grazing the clouds
Warm wind, fields in bloom
Homecoming, soaring
Ponies grazing in the meadows
Sea of flowers, open, bare, summer sky
Children, anticipation, children skipping through fields
Poppies, lavender, coarse linen clothing
Flowing, dancing, laughing
Running, meeting
Far to run – too far, childhood purity
Open arms, greeting, embrace
Summer thunder, rain approaching
Dust in the air, feeling of freedom
Being lifted, airborne
Chased by the winds, barefoot
Resting, sleeping in tall grass, clouded sun
Cool hands, running with the ponies, wind tearing through hair
Dust stinging eyes, earth singing through sky
Flying garments, dreaming hills
Sunset pastures, many flowers
Peace, awakening, rebirth
Palms clasped, early fireflies
Fires of the night
Early evening, houses in the distance – still far to go
Free, rest is near
Walk through the fields, welcome on the air
Pathways, stalks of lavender
Moisture on the grass, weariness soothed
Step by step, steady, homes of stone
Quiet houses, don’t look back
Remembering again
Broken footsteps, gathered skirts
Flying fast
Sticky mouths, wind-tattered sleeves
Autumn hair, sand-caked knees, running
Leaping, showers of dew, running to beat the sunset
Home, rejoicing, before dark comes
Rest, peace, no tears
Long time away
Far from home, but no more
