Yes, at this very moment, I am waiting. “For what?” you may ask. Certainly, you must know what’s coming since this whole thing is about me waiting. But life isn’t fair. Not everything’s explained in black and white (that applies literally this time). In short, I’m not going to tell you.

“Why?” you ask?

Why for what? Why I won’t tell you, or why I’m saying your questions for you? Or is it just another way to piss me off by being annoying, or a feeble attempt to help me pass the time? Maybe… you never actually asked a question at all. But for the purpose of this piece, you did.

But really, did you?

And while I write my contemplations on the questions you may or may not have asked, you wonder 3 things:

Why am I talking in 2nd person?

Why am I, the writer, saying your possibly non-existent questions for you?

Lastly, when the Hell will I get on with it?

Well, all these questions (which are also possibly non-existent) can be answered in a few simple sentences. Of course, that doesn’t mean that it will.

To answer my- I mean your first question, I decided to because: I wanted to, it makes sense to me, and simply the fact that I can. If anyone tells me otherwise, they can go to- um, a nice healthy debate. Yeah… that’s it…

The second question has the same answer as the first. Let’s just leave it at that.

The answer the third question… I’d hate to inform you (actually, I’m taking great pleasure in your possible reactions) that this is what I’m writing about. Yes, all this time, instead of feeding orphans or important things like watching TV, you’ve been reading my thoughts at the current time that I am writing this now. Does that make sense? (Not that I particularly care)

To sum it all up for those of you who can’t read poor sentence structure, I’ll sum it up for you: you’ve been reading gibberish.

All this time, I’ve just been rambling to pass the time, just like at this very moment, waiting for something you’ll never know what it is.
