Chapter 1: Intro

'His eyes, those exhilarating golden eyes burned passionately into her emerald orbs while gracefully nearing to her slender form. Her heart raced immensely as they were only an inch apart, his lips hovered over hers teasingly.

You are mine.” He whispered seductively and leaned in for the kiss, his hands traveling upward were her'-

I slammed the book shut in my now beat -red face from shear embarrassment.

'Never trust a book your best friend gives you. What is this rated any way?' I looked at the rate and realized it was an adult book for the pervs. More redness spreads along my high cheek bones.

'I swear, she knows me to well' a smirk tugged at the corners of my lips but disappeared at the thought of how my mother would think of me reading this.

'Like mother like daughter.' I considered since my mother loved romances, along with vampire and dark angel ones too.

I sighed rather loudly in my jail like room that consist of a silver mask on the book self that was pact with books about vampires and other things along with wooden furniture and a silver covered bed. Basically everything in my room had some silver on it since after all, it was my favorite color. I turned my attention back to the book that lay upon my bed.

I always was a sucker for stories that consist of vampires, angels, witches and other mythical creatures. My favorite type were the romance ones that held deadly twists and the ever so toxic kisses that leave me longing for more. Oh how I wish I could fall for a guy like that, fall into a world that is always night, into a place were I’m with a deadly seductive man who makes me safe yet adventurous.

A sadistic sigh escaped my rose colored lips at my fantasies, knowing they would be the main source of my insanity. I scrawled out a few more equations onto my algebra 1 work, God forbid if my good friend Maria found out I didn’t do my work for the last week in a row.

I could hear footsteps near the wooden,-white door of my room. mother I assumed as she stood at the door, pale blond hair thrashed over her petite shoulders while tried mixed blue-green eyes stare me down in tiredness.

"Have you been doing your work all this time? Whoa that’s amazing!" She exclaimed half shocked while I rolled my plain dark-brown eyes in annoyance.

"Yes I have, no need to throw a celebration over it." I uttered under my breath sarcastically, hoping my mom wouldnt hear it, but life is curl.

"Are you mocking me Debra! Argh, you are such a disrespectful little brat!" She yelled with antagonism, holding her self from slapping me. My gaze turned cold and distant, the same exact one she used on my father before they divorced.

could visibly see her shake angry at my glare, knowing I had inherited by her. With one last frustrated glance shed marched all the way to her room and slammed her door with a loud thunk. I bit my lip, tiring not to laugh at her child like behavior.

Hmmm, what shall I do now?' I murmured softly to my self.

' Maybe I should apologize?' deeming on the thought, I did not realized the time nor that my eyelids were slowly closing. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep, not knowing that two hazel eyes hovered out the ivy-covered window.
