I wrote this for the school newspaper's Valentine's Day section but it never made it in.

It is the light in your mind that helps you see everything better.
It is the piece that completes the puzzle of your soul.
It can give you all you need or take from all you have.
It is a song that has a thousand melodies, a poem that has a thousand verses.
It is in every color, every plant, every animal, every stone, every cloud, every star, every beam of light, every sunrise, every sunset, every phase of the moon, every breath of wind, every flame, every wave, every inch of soil, and every eye.
