These bells, perfectly in tune,
Ring out o'er the waters of the lake.
An alto and a tenor, singing the songs of old,
Away in the wilderness o' Maine.
How we got here isn't really clear,
But I think an argument between friends was key.
No matter, we're here on the dock by the water,
Away in the wilderness o' Maine.
While we split the tones from the different songs,
The voices keep the crystal clarity of the bells.
There's nothing that can keep us apart,
Away in the wilderness o' Maine.
