Day One-Hundred

so i guess this is how it ends.
a simple goodbye
in simple pixels
on this simple screen.
it feels too generic, too natural, too expected.
on the one hundredth day of a series called
One Hundred Words for One Hundred Days,
you'd expect that that would be the end.

well, we all know i'm never one to be normal,
so of course it's not over.
for now, yes, i will be taking a little break.
but not to fear! i'll be back in March.
