Hey you, with your fearless eyes

Why do you have your defenses up?

Has one touch on your hands touched your very soul?

Hey you, with your deep and fruitful voice

When you see a vision from Love,

Do you suddenly go mute?

Hey you, with your youthful smile

Why do you hide it whenever I am near?

Hey you, with your stallion’s strength

Why do you freeze when you’re faced with innocence?

Do you, too, forget yourself when faced with the immaculate?

Do you give birth to yourself after yesterday swallows you whole?

Do you catch a falling star and rejuvenate it with your tears?

Do you wish to dance in the purple loneliness of night when only Luna is near?

Have you tasted the natural water of life, the wine of love?

Has it numbed your very sense of logic, self and thoughts

And transformed you into the person you never thought you’d be?

Hey you,

Would you laugh to the jokes of the romantics?

Hey you,

Aren’t you cold in the winds of the upcoming winter?

Or are you wrapped in the warmth of the velvet morning?

Hey you,

When you hear my voice, what do you feel?

Hey you,

Are you staying unbreakable in the midst of Circe?

Hey you!

Close your mind and mouth

Open your eyes

Your arms

And your heart

And take me into you

I’m coming home to you after my travels

On the road to you.
