Nine years have passed. They had a son, named Eric, the year after they married, and a daughter, named Emily, the following year.
Sophia’s father died the year after Emily’s birth, and her mother died two years after. They had left the couple their home.
Elise and David married the same year Eric was born. They had a daughter named Vera the following year.
They four of them and their children were at the lake for Estoc and Sophia’s anniversary. The four of them watched as their children played. Even at the ages of six and seven, they loved the same things as their parents.
The three children came back to shore. Eric kissed Vera’s cheek. She blushed. Eric had liked Vera for as long as he could remember.
They went to Arshino and Kira’s house for dinner. They were greeted by Arshino’s son, Alex.
“Mom! Dad! They’re here!” the nine year old boy yelled. Arshino came up to the door followed by Kira and their daughter, Elizabeth.
“Estoc, it’s been a long time.” Arshino said.
“Yes it has, my friend, yes it has.”
Once they had finished, they head back to Sepheara. The four of them and their children said their good-byes for the night.
Everyone except Estoc and Sophia were asleep.
“It’s hard to believe that it’s been nine years since we confessed our love.” Sophia said.
“And eight years since our wedding day. Time flies.”
“Yes it does.”
“I love you.”
“I love you too, my hero.”
A/N: I’ve reedited it since there were a lot of spelling and grammar errors, and lack of detail, not that much was added.
