Clank clank clank! A Chocolate cell phone pounded the night stand like tapping shoes as “Yura Yura” by Hearts Grow beeped, breaking the silence of the night. The California heat, even with the fan on, didn’t help her calm down her grouchiness.

“Dangit!” hissed a lady of 26,” Who’d call at two in the morning?”

Her blonde hair is in a frenzy and dark circles maimed her eyes; you could’ve called her a blonde raccoon! She struggled to get her fatigued body to sit up and blindly reached for the phone.

“This is Hale. May I ask who dares to call me at two in the morning?” she croaked. As you can see, the raccoon’s not a morning person.

“Hi Rosaline Hale! I’m Taylor Reeds from Kodansha Animation.” Taylor, on the other hand, is nocturnal; she wakes up at two, does whatever she wants to, and then sleeps around 7.

“Oh hey, Taylor. This better be important because you know better than to disturb my beauty sleep,” the blonde now known as Rosaline answered.

“It’s reeeally important, Ms. Hale-.”

“Just call me Rosaline.”

“Ok, Rosaline, you’ve been chosen as Kiseki in our latest project, Miracle 2008!”

The blonde’s eyes shot out of her sockets.

“WOOT! AWESOME! THE MAIN CHARACTER!” Taylor sweat-dropped as those words blasted out of her phone.

“Are you gonna play a part?” Rosaline asked.

“Uh huh. I’ll be VA’ing the role of Kiseki’s mature sister Hachiko,” Taylor replied.

“SPF HAHAHAHA!!!” snickered Rosaline, “Wish you got my part now, huh?”

“And here’s the reason I wanted your part more!” Taylor shot back.

“Will you let me go back to sleep after and jump for joy in the morning?”

“Sure, sure. Do you know who plays Kiseki’s love interest slash show competitor Hiro?”

“Hmm… I have a clue, but enlighten me.”

“The one and only Donovan Croft! Man, I wish I had your part. I’d kill to work with him everyday.” Rosaline can hear her sigh dreamily.

“You wish you have my part! The brown eyed brunette is mine!”

“Sure, sure, go ahead and dream of your brown eyed brunette. heehee”

“I really want to sleep. Can you give me a wake up call between 7:30 and 8?”

“Ok, I will. I’ll be napping after I call one more person since the cast id going to meet at Kodansha Studios. Oyasumi, Rosaline.”

“Nasai,” Rosaline playfully answered back.

After a few giggles, Rosaline finally got her peace, and tried to sleep. There were too many thoughts swarming in her mind, she can’t go to Dreamland even if she wanted to.

WOOOOOT!! I get to work with the number one hottie of voice actors!

That annoying fan girl Rosaline Hale just had to be the Kiseki freak. Taylor just had to call me at 2:30 in the morning, freaking club- hopping insomniac…

As you can imagine, the one and only Donovan Croft was thinking the exact opposite of his career partner, Ms. Rosaline Hale.

First chapter of my first story done! Completed 10/6/07 at 2 am. Sorry if it's short! Just so you know, Taylor doesn't go clubbing, despite what Donovan's thinking.
