You, (Again)
I found a poem of you the other day.
I didn’t type it,
But I think I’ll keep it.
But it’s of you, and me, lying beneath
The swirling lights that changed,
They phased through colours like moods sway,
Cold blue, bubbly pink, green,
Jealousy is green, and here to stay.
I remember writing that poem,
That poem of you I found the other day.
I’d been lying with you,
When you wanted sleep,
And wanted me to stay,
But I didn’t think I could that night,
‘Though you only wanted me to stay,
You didn’t, after that,
Then didn’t want me in that way.
