By: Youkai no Kira

Last Part

The man closed the book and smiled at his daughter. “I really like the story, father. It tells how we were made.” Alex said; returning her father’s smile. He pointed to the window and his daughter looked in that direction.

“Wow, the moon is really pretty, when it’s full, father.” Alex said as her eyes started to glow a bright yellow, along with the flowers in the yard. When her father gazed at the moon for a brief second, his eyes started to glow. There was a soft howling noise and the girl stopped to listen. “Father, I hear wolves. Can we join them?”

Alex’s father smiled and said: “Sure. It’s always good to be with family on a night with the full moon.”

The child giggled and ran through the window. He father sighed. The girl’s father ran out the front door to find his daughter looking down at the Lunar Flowers. “come on, Alex. Our family is calling us.”

“Okay.” At that moment, Alex and her father were covered with the moon’s bright ligh as they both transformed into wolves. They ran happily to the rest of their pack and thanked their mother for creating them.
