This is just a random one shot. No names. I was bored during Spanish class and this came up. Hope you like it. And I'd really like some feedback. R&R. PLEASE AND THANK YOU !
It happened again. He hated her for it. She had kicked him out of the house. 'Who is she?' you ask. She as in his abusive mother. This was the last straw for him. He was already 17, going onto 18 and was still being mistreated by her. what'd he do about it? He ran. Where? He wasn't sure.
Once he was out of breath, he looked around and saw that he was at the neighborhood park. He sat down on the bench and sighed angrily. 'Now what?' he thought as he missed footsteps approaching. He felt a sudden weight on his side and glance up in surprise.
There was a 15-year-old brunette girl next to him and smiled at him when he looked up. He looked at his next door neighbor in confusion and broke the silence.
"What are you doing here?" He had to admit. He was curious. And let me tell you. It was unusual for him to admit anything.
"I like to think here. It's nice and peaceful, don't you think so?” He answered her with a grunt and stared down at the floor deep in thought. She grinned and looked up at the night sky. He suddenly spoke up.
"I hate her."
"Again?" she knew this was coming. After all, he had been her neighbor for 6 years. She knew what kind of person his mom was. And let me tell you, she makes the meanest person you know, look NICE. Yes we are talking about the devil.
He nodded and turned to her. She glanced at him with a raised eyebrow. She saw his watery eyes and her heart instantly broke. She hated seeing people cry. Especially him of all people.
The next thing she knew, he grabbed her around the waist and cried in her shirt. She was taken aback before comforting him. She patted him lightly and mumbled coaxing words to him.
"Shhh...there there...let it all out." And he did. He let out all those years of pain and suffering. Cried his heart out to her. Hoping she would hear him. And she did.
A few moments later he stopped and wiped his face. "Thank you...for everything."
She smiled. "You're welcome But I didn't do much."
He shook his head and smiled. "No. You've done so much more."
And with that he kissed her. A gentle kiss. She was shocked and eventually kissed back. They came up for air and she was blushing. He smiled and hand in hand they walked out of the park.
