The Lovely Bitch and the Demon

By Miss Jade Black

Dear lovely bitch,

Every night you convince yourself,

You love the demon.

Everyday you wish you had tried a little harder,

The truth always shows through the mask.

All the time you wish the demon was never born.

Trust me lovely bitch,

When I say I wish the same.

Being loved might be amazing,

Thanks to you I may never know.

Stop trying to love,

When hatred and disgust is all you feel.

Lying to yourself is as bad as lying to others.

Hate lovely bitch,

The lies cannot hold up much longer.

When you can no longer remember the demon’s real name,

You long to cry out the name you have secretly given it.

Not believing may be a sin,

But not loving one of your own is just as bad.

The demon ought to be dead,

It is the only way the lovely bitch can be fed.
