White Rose
blow on me a breath of love…

I sat in a garden of blissful beauty,
Of tulips and daisies and yellow bells.
All blooming except for I, a lone Rose Bud,
Who went unnoticed by anyone else.

A new Spring welcomed me
The prospect of change now flows,
I emerged ever beautiful,
A perfect, stunning red Rose.

Many wished to take me away,
But I had eyes for no one else.
Strong and silent, he seems rather cold.
I swear to love him, until the ice around him melts.

A mistake I made, my world came crashing down.
Thrown away in exchange for an elegant Orchid.
I was devastated, my heart was torn.
Into a black Rose I became, petals now sordid.

A sweet Swallow, sensing my sadness
Rescued me and took flight
And on and on he flew, searching,
Until he finally found whom he thought right.

I was set, into the gentle hands on an Angel,
Who took me in, to his heart he put me close.
He blew on me, a Breath of Love
And I emerged an unblemished White Rose.

A/N: Hmm... I think there's something wrong with the flow... What do you guys think? Reviews?
