kaleidoscope wash of amber and blue,
a canvas that mirrors my soul: light is true
only to it's depth; look at it too long,
and your eyes are dazzled by my recondite song.
but listen with eyes shut and, my friend, you might hear
a tune that is missed by the unheeding ear:
more yellow and green swirls with hooves dancing swift,
sings me a song than can carry and lift
me high above earth, now my song is complete.
