Appeared

My love for you appeared out of the blue

I don't know how it came to be

It has just taken hold of me

And refuses to let me free

Which leaves me so scared and confused

Because I am so afraid I am being used

You have this special way about you

You always seem to make me feel like I am the world to you

By the littlest things you do

No matter what you are always gentle with me

Which is something I never expected you to be

But I give you my heart

Which solely lies in your hands

Because I trust you not to tear it apart

Which no one understands

All they see is what the outside holds

As they refuse to see what the inside beholds
