Three Years

I'm not sure how I've made it to see,
I'm three years older than you
were ever supposed to be.
On the eve after symphonies
a concierto, if you please.

Though years ago I didn't comprehend,
I'd have screamd this isn't the end
I didn't think there was much I could do,
if three years ago, I had lost you.

author's note:
and you know, it's been three years,
and i still can't get over the fact,
that she could have died,
and it wouldn't have suprised anyone.
