A+ A- |
loathing all these
fights and screams
with nothing to drown it out
the voices
follow me all around
e. v. e. r. y. w. h. e. r. e.
yelling, blaring,
erasing happiness
exterminating smiles with every word
sick
of writing tragedy
and hearing of it in other homes
wanting my
smile to be real,
((not endangered))
and falling miserably at
the task.
awaiting my day of liberation
awaiting to see my
God's face
awaiting when the day of suffering
will end with
the devil's disgrace
loathing all these fights and
screams
with nothing to drown it out
oh, how I wish I could
leave
wanting with my whole heart
that the door would let me
out.
