There was a man who others referred to as Cutter. He was a brutal man who killed people for fun. Legends claim that he killed people on the night of the full moon. He would take them to a rural area and then starting at their feet, begin to cut them. He would work his way up the person's body and then cut their throat. On the stomach of the victim there would he would carve the shape of a diamond and inside the diamond was the letter "C". But it wasn't the cutting that killed the victim; it was the blood loss. See, Cutter would cut deep enough to cause bleeding but not deep enough to become fatal. He would leave his victim to bleed to death.

But, hey, it’s just a legend...right?
