We Never Got To Say Goodbye
As I stand here staring into the freezing rain
I slowly start to rack my brian
A lonely tear starts to fall
Because I never got to say goodbye
But I say goodbye for the last time
As they slowly lower you into the ground
When everyone leaves I start to cry
Because I never thought you wold die
I always thought you would be there on my wedding day
To walk me down the aisle and give me away
But I never thought you would leave
Without first say goodbye to me
But I except it
Because that was what was chosen to be
As I turn around to leave
I feel a cold breeze
Which oddly puts me to ease
