:: Bubbles ::

Generally, I'm thinking of you, specifically
I'm thinking of that night when
We stood by the lake pacifically
And complete
Really, what more could you want
In that moment
Than to be in that moment,
Divorce papers and obligations
And all your troubles
Reduced to bubbles
On the surface, slowly ebbing away
Dissolving, undulating,
Disappearing, dissipating
Truly, we must have felt something, deeply
Madly, we were frenzied seeking
Warmth and stars and
Heavier things
To fill a soul with broken wings
All I wanted I found
In your hot palm
That pulsed with all my wishes
The light calm between our fingertips
Glowed, and still glows,
And will glow
So, maybe there was no spark, so
At least there was love
The one thing perfect and complete
