Opening Theme Song
Ram It Down – Judas Priest

Raise the sights, the city lights are calling
We're hot tonight, the time is right, there's nitro in the air
In the street is where we'll meet, we're warning
On the beat, we won't retreat, beware

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We've found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down

Bodies revvin' in leather heaven in wonder
Lights are dimmin' and heads are swimmin' as thunder hits the stage
Hell breaks loose, turn on the juice get stronger
We metal maniacs begin to rave

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We've found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down

Shout it out, we're all together now
Shout it out, we join as one, one

Thousand of cars and a million guitars
Screaming with power in the air
We've found the place where the decibels race
This army of rock will be there

To ram it down, ram it down
Straight through the heart of this town
Ram it down, ram it down
Razing the place to the ground
Ram it down

Winds Of Change

2am; the cold night air filled the empty course as sounds of crickets and other wildlife reverberated faintly, creating an abandoned feel to the location. The roads, however, were dry, considering that condensation would have taken place, moistening the surface-.

An audible blow-off from a turbocharged vehicle could be heard before another came through; two cars might have been speeding down the mountain course of Akagi. It was. Taking the lead, out of the corner was a jet black Nissan Cefiro A31 with an aftermarket rear spoiler as the only visual upgrade; it was meant to provide much needed rear downforce for such a tight mountain route. Losing control at such a situation would very much result to crashing virtually anything past the two-lane road; the most tragic would be going down the ravine and meet an instant death.

Rear tyres squealed, though oversteer did not occur; the driver was relying very much on grip to clear the tight hairpin turns. Tailing right behind the sport saloon was a heavyweight maroon Subaru Alcyone SVX, as its rear slid out quite considerably through the same corner before exiting it with a simple gear up to recover from the drift. Visual modifications were none, except for a carbon fibre hood that minimizes a bit of the coupe's heavy mass.

A quick s-turn was next. Brake lights lit up on the leading Nissan for a short moment before it turned to the left on the inside, then quickly shifting the direction of the sedan to the right. The weight transfer somehow managed to break the car's grip momentarily, but the HICAS 4-wheel steering the vehicle had countered it. The Subaru did the same, but with a different way of doing so. Just as the coupe entered the s-turn on the inside, rear wheels were seen locked for a while before the front wheels turned to the right. Just as the rear wheels resumed spinning, faint smoke was produced as the tail of the SVX slid outwards, literally drifting through the s-turn as well, but upon exiting, the speed was about the same as the leading Cefiro.

However, just after the maroon coupe recovered from the drift, a tight left hairpin was next. Another bout of rear wheels locking were seen from the all-wheel drive vehicle occurred. Front wheels turned to the left hard, enough to throw the tail of the Subaru to the outside lane of the corner. Since its entry speed was higher than the gripping Nissan, it took its chances on overtaking. The owner of the SVX floored the accelerator, relying entirely on its all wheel drive system to recover from the drift. Edging ahead, it managed to overtake, but for a short moment. The Nissan had better acceleration, allowing it to take the lead once again.

The maroon coupe's rear wheels were still spinning; a dangerous sign that the tyres might have exhausted its treads. But that was not the case. The power difference between the front and rear wheels was the issue. The driver had tuned it in such a way that the rear would have 80 percent of the power while the front had the other 20. Oversteering was easy, but it was also easier to lose control, even with such a drivetrain. The Nissan slowed down, as if knowing what was going to occur. The Subaru, on the other hand, literally spun out; now looking at the corner it had cleared earlier on.

The driver's door of the A31 opened before the owner of the Nissan dashed towards the SVX, hoping nothing wrong had happened.

"Hey, Seras, you all right?" said the driver, glancing at the side window.

"Seriously, Sagara, try drifting around corners for once. It's more thrilling," the woman replied before she opened her eyes, revealing a pair of blue ones towards Sagara's brown variant.

"That would only make me sign a contract with death, blonde," the man commented with a tone of sarcasm. "Besides, the Cefiro feels more home to gripping, though I already know that the flaw is that cornering speed is greatly reduced."

The lady, Seras Oda, got out of her coupe while leaving the engine idling. Her hair was of artificial blonde when initially it was jet black. It was styled in shoulder length while the ends curled outwards slightly. Her attire was of a simple grey long-sleeved shirt while sporting brown trousers. Her shoes were of leather black; not really a good choice for driving such a car, but at least it had its function. She was a homeroom and English teacher for Kazoku Senior High School, and amusingly, no one there knew about her hobby of racing down the Akagi course. It was better for her, considering that if she were to be spotted, things might get complicated for the 26 year old.

She glanced at the rear tyres of her Subaru, before commenting on it, "The treads are still there. Must be the suspension set-up."

"Try softening it a little," Sagara suggested. "It did look a bit stiff when I was glancing via my rear view mirror. That might be the cause of the spin out as well."

The owner of the Nissan, Sagara Sakurazaki, remained in that position for a while before letting out a sigh of relief. His short hair was of natural black while combed scarcely with hair gel, just enough to allow nature to settle his hairstyle. His clothing was of white Polo T-shirt and faded blue denims. His shoes streaked black and grey, but it had broken down after months of wearing it, now comfortable to wear. He was a race timekeeper for a while before he changed jobs; a homeroom teacher for the same school as Seras. The reason for changing profession was a bit skeptical, but it did not matter for the 25 year old, since the pay difference between the two jobs was amusing for him.

"Guess I'll do that, but not now. We need to do homeroom tomorrow," the blonde implied before aiming a finger at her friend. "Don't be late, or you'll answer to me, or Tokiko. I can't believe that all three of us work in the same senior high school, geez."

"Like I'll be late for work," the man countered, folding his arms. "You low blood pressure woman."

"Oh forget about that fact already!"

… … …

It was already ten minutes past nine, and classes were expected to start as of now. However, it seemed that two classrooms were still without teachers. That had a Physical Education teacher fuming, who was waiting at the main gate, arms folded. Her hair was of shoulder length, though the front looked shortened due to the fact that wore a simple white headband. Eyes were of brown while attire was of two piece spandex gymnasium attire, baring her lightly muscled midriff. A sports jacket was worn over while her sport shoes streaked red and white. A tsk left her mouth, most obviously knowing that both Seras and Sagara were late for their work.

"What's up with them? I have to take a class for P.E. very soon," she thought before sounds of two vehicles rushing were heard. "They're speeding down the street again."

The A31 Cefiro appeared from the brunette's view first before the Subaru followed suit. Without any care on safety, the two cars sped into the school compound, before heavy braking was heard behind the said lady. The Nissan was seen spinning out while the SVX had parked neatly into a parking space; quite an achievement for a heavy coupe. Sagara had to go around the maroon vehicle to get into another parking space, hence wasting more time. The woman in spandex paced her way towards the two late teachers, who seemed to be fumbling their car keys. They were about to take off for the school building when their attention diverted towards an audible coughing from the said brunette, who seemed to be clearing her throat.

"Ah, Tokiko!" the blonde responded. "Good morning-."

"You're late, so does Sagara. Where the heck did the two of you go the night before?"

Seras was about to answer the question when the man remarked in a very sarcastic manner, "Why, if it isn't the woman in two piece condoms."

The blonde sputtered at the response while Tokiko gagged as a reaction. A fist was shown by the brunette while her voice went a few notches lower, obviously riled.

"You do know what this fist means when I aim it at you, right, Sagara?"

However, her threat was very much ignored by the man as he had already paced his way into the school building, waving his hands at her. That was the spark that made Tokiko dash into the structure as well. Several noises in a form of screaming from both Sagara and Tokiko alike were heard, causing much disruption to a lot of classes.

Seras remained at the parking lot, not wanting to know what had occurring between the brunette and the man. All she could ever picture out was either one having lumps of bruises here and there with one or two black eyes. Those two do not really click that well, but they do make good companions if time allows them.

Another scream was heard. The blonde winced at that one.

"Can someone just stop those two?"
