Eyes that once showed your soul
Now convey cold hard lies
Heart once pure and whole
Now bound with unbreakable ties

Dreams that reached as far as the sky
Now destroyed with disbelief
Faith once so strong, wouldn’t die
Now gone, uncovering fear that lay beneath

Values, morals all so important
Now tossed aside forgotten
Your life, so free and vibrant
Now the love and happiness has been taken

I don’t know you anymore
