Those Words You Wrote

You always wrote the best things and
I never could compare to them no matter
How hard I tried.
You found a way to write down things you thought
And I'm stuck with the words in my head and
Not on paper.
You could write out entertainment in such ways
That it made me laugh every time and now
You're gone and I reread those words of yours
And wish you could write more.
Because they always ended up beautiful
And I always learned something when I read them.
I wish I could write like you.
I know I never can.
