falling in lust

so much for keeping away
from those redunandt cliches,
i guess all i know how to do
is fall in lust with people like you.

love isn't supposed to be like this;
right now its really just hit-and-miss.
i get so lost that i run and hide,
rather then let you crush my pride.

taking the first step is like letting go
and where you'll end up, you don't know.
sometimes you just have to trust
and pray you don't lose your self in lust.
