I was messing around in Word one day and the words just flowed out of my mind. It was amazing how easily and quickly I wrote this... :) Please review. :)

I Love Him Still

Every time I see his face I can’t move

Every time I hear his voice I can’t breathe

Every time I see his smile I can’t think

I deny it in my heart, but I know it’s true

I’m in love with him

But I know it will never be

But I love him still

It breaks my heart to see him with her

It kills me inside

When he tells me he’s in love with her

My eyes burn with tears when I think about it

I feel so stupid loving him

I feel so unimportant in his eyes

But I love him still

When I greet him with a hug

I don’t want to let go

When I talk with him

My heart beats so fast

I fear it will jump out of my chest

And tell him all of my secrets

But I love him still

I keep my love secret from the world

For fear that it will reach his ears

But no matter how hard I try

He knows I love him

Through the way I act and talk

He knows, but disagrees with my love

But I love him still

He shouts in my face

That he doesn’t love me

But behind the fury in his eyes

I know he’s lying

I know he loves me

But is afraid to admit it

So I love him still

I wait for him to give in

I wait for him to leave her

Knowing he wants to

But isn’t sure how she’ll react

I know he’s trying

So he can finally be with me

So I love him still

I can’t stop the tears from flowing

When he runs to me

And holds me close to him

My heart feels like it’s going to burst

As he kisses me tenderly

And whispers in my ear, “I love you.”
