(a relatively short) Author's Note

I really don’t think there’s anything I can say that hasn’t already been said by Myrika, angels and effects, SamanthaNicole, or the countless other writers who have been plagiarized lately, so let me just lay it out for you in simple terms.

I have been plagiarized a grand total of six times since I have been posting here on FP. Though I haven’t been hit as hard as the aforementioned authors, I’m not willing to let it go that far. As of today, I will be removing all my work from this site. I’m done, guys. Seriously. I’m so damn tired of having to worry about where my work will end up next, or who will try to slap their name onto it and take credit. It makes me physically ill to worry like that, so I feel this is honestly the only solution.

However, this is not the end of simonexsays. I love writing too much to even consider giving it up. While I’m not exactly sure what’s going to happen next, you can find out where I’m headed next if you add me on Livejournal. Who knows, maybe I’ll even start posting again on there, but as far as Fictionpress is concerned, I’m out.

Thank you everyone who has taken the time to read any of my stories, especially those of you who reviewed as well. You have no idea how much that means to me. This was definitely a fun ride while it lasted. ;D
