Just Passing Through
Author:
Time To Change PM
The mother of a school acquaintance was in a RTA and died yesterday. They were very close. This is inspired from that. I don't know what else to do. I won't show this to her. When confuseddepressed I only have words to turn to.

I never sought you out

I never talked to you

And when we met

We were always just passing through

Life is fragility in a body

Friendship the embodiment

And death the resting ground

Of peace they say

But all you know is pain

So should I seek you out

And try to talk to you?

But when we meet

Words will falter, I won't have a clue

Life is fragility in a body

Friendship the embodiment

And death the resting ground

Of peace they say

But all you know is pain

For what assistance can I give?

What speech will heal you?

How can we meet?

When you have lost all you knew

Life is fragility in a body

Friendship the embodiment

And death the resting ground

Of peace they say

But all you know is pain

And what can one such as I

Say to you when you cry

For why does a mother have to die?

Those we love are just passing through

Life is fragility in a body

Friendship the embodiment

And death the resting ground

Of peace they say

But all you know is pain

But all you know is pain
