Chapter 8- Why Did You Have To Do This To Me
When you eat something good there’s always a great chance you’ll feel like your taste buds might explode. If it’s that good you don’t want to stop eating it. You wish it could last longer than that second it was on your tongue. You just happen to relish the feeling at that exact moment. You feel the same way when something good is happening to your body. A simple touch to the skin by warm water, or someone else could make you yearn for more.
The windows were beginning to get foggy from all the heat that was in the black car. If someone would walk swiftly by and try to peer in there would be nothing to see, if you looked in the back seat. The front seat, however, was a different story. A boy’s back was being pressed firmly against the passenger’s window. The partner was unseen and shielded by the fog of the window and of the boys back. You could see nothing while standing outside, but if you were inside everything was clear.
Both Trent’s legs weren’t on the floor anymore. His left leg lay across his seat and stretched out to the driver’s while the other was on the floor. His seating position was kind of awkward considering Sven was currently occupying his seat at the same time. They were sharing a car seat and kissing. They were kissing and Trent wasn’t freaking out or trying to make a reason why he shouldn’t do this. How could something that was so good be such a bad thing? He was going to go to hell for these faint minutes, but it was so worth it.
“Ah,” Trent couldn’t help but whimper when Sven parted from him briefly. It was a simple moment of pleasure that had erupted through Trent’s lips, but was soon captured again by Sven’s lips. Trent loved the way he kissed it was sinfully heaven. He’d suck on his lower lip and then his top lip in a teasing manner with his hands sitting lightly on his chest. Then, even now, Sven would jut his warm tongue into his mouth and then all was lost. Trent’s hands were gripping at Sven’s shirt pleading with himself not to get too carried away. This wasn’t a girl he was dealing with but a guy.
“Will you let me try you?” Sven whispered when they parted.
Trent blinked slowly. Sven’s hands ran down his chest and then back up again in a sensual way. It was making him hard to think.
“I thought you didn’t like guys,” Trent asked with the same whispering tone.
“Well I just happened to have lied about that. I was trying to throw you off my scent,” Sven replied and smirked. Trent gave an unnoticeable smile and tried to cover his mouth just a bit, because he was feeling a bit shy. This was all new to him. He’d never felt this way before about a guy. He never wanted this sin to be cast on him. So, why did Sven choose him?
“So, you’re going to make an exception for me?” Trent asked. He let go of his grip on Sven’s shirt and sat them on his sides. “Why?”
Sven smiled and licked his lips seductively. “I’ve never had to be the one to do the seduction.”
“What?” Trent said softly. His eyes watched Sven’s lips as they gave him a quick peck.
“I’ve never had to chase after a confused younger guy before, but you haven’t made a move and I just had to do it for you,” Sven purred and nipped Trent’s neck. “I’m not exactly a patient guy.”
“Oh,” Trent said softly. He was trying to regain his self-control because he could feel that he was in a very delicate position. One wrong move, by Sven or himself, could send him to a place that he just might not want to get out of. “But, why me?”
“Because you have this certain thing that I find irresistible,” Sven replied with a smile. “Besides you’re incredibly sexy.”
Okay, Trent had been told that he was sexy many times by both sexes. The majority of that, since he had first moved to this place, had been by Erik. They were just compliments to him, but this was different. His heart was going a mile a minute in his chest and he just knew his cheeks were blazing with hell’s heat.
Sven chuckled and kissed Trent on his cheeks. “You blush entirely too much, but I don’t think you do that a lot because you try to hide it. Just proves to me that you do like me. And you do like me don’t you? You might as well say you do, besides it’ll just be between me and you.” Trent’s eyes widened at this statement. He’d been debating this issue for a while now and to have Sven blatantly ask now, after everything, maybe there was a resolve. Something he now had to cope with.
“I…I…yes,” Trent answered and let his eyes flutter close. He sighed deeply and waited for ‘I told you so’ or some kind of boast, but none came. Instead he got a nuzzle and a warm kiss.
“And I like you too,” Sven said. Trent opened his eyes and couldn’t help but smile. Okay, he just might be into guys, it didn’t sound so bad, besides, it was Sven. He was the kind of guy that would attract straight guys.
“This is unbelievable. I don’t know shit about you,” Trent said and slapped his forehead. He gave it a quick rub and shifted in his seat. Sven moved on top of him and started playing with his hair.
“I don’t know anything about you either, except your hair isn’t different colors, but blah blonde.”
Trent frowned. “Hey, it’s not like I’m like this by choice.”
“Oh is that so?” Sven smiled slyly. “I happen to like your hair like this.” Sven ruffled Trent’s hair and they both laughed.
“I’ll be sure to tell my mom. She’d love to know someone is happy with it.”
“Why don’t you like it?” Sven asked quizzically.
Trent shrugged his shoulders. “It’s just not me. Blonde is so preppish and blah, as you said, and boring.”
“It’s you though,” Sven sighed happily and curled his fingers into Trent’s hair. Trent looked down at Sven and smiled wanting to run his hands through the black raven hair. He lifted his hand, but hesitated when Sven stopped playing with his own hair. Sven pressed down on his chest, with both of his hands, and looked out the passenger’s window. Sven’s, school, shirt creased upward and Trent caught a glimpse at a black mark on the left shoulder. It sort of spiraled and then disappeared down Sven’s back. Trent tried to get a better look, but Sven soon got off of him and retreated to his seat.
“What’s wrong?” Trent asked and sat in his seat properly.
“Looks like your friends are here. I don’t think you’d like it if they caught you with me.”
Trent looked over his shoulder and caught sight of his friends. Dominic was just getting out of the car while Geoff was at the front door banging away.
“Shit,” Trent mumbled and grabbed his things quickly. He propped open the door and was a bit shocked at how cold it was outside. It could have been because the car had been so hot. He let his feet fall down on the ground and slung his pack around his back. In the pit of his stomach he was feeling nervous. He’d felt like he was caught messing around with Sven even when there was no possible way that could have happened. Right? Oh shit, what if he had been caught?
“Trent,” Sven called. Trent was in the midst of his rambling and in shutting the car door, but he stopped when he heard his name. The door closed and Trent turned around to see Sven with his arms splayed over the hood with a piece of paper in his hand. “Don’t want to forget your group therapy form.”
Trent smiled and reached out for the slip of paper. He grabbed it in between his fingers and pulled back his hand. Sven stealthily brushed their fingers together and Trent gasped. He was just shocked at how a simple touch could send him into a sexual overdrive. It was crazy.
“So, what now?” Trent said loud enough to be heard. Sven responded only with a quizzical look. “I mean what now, with us. Do I call you? Or do you call me? Am I to come over later? Or are you the one who’s to come over?”
Sven stifled a laugh and flipped his hair over his shoulder. “Have you ever dated?”
“What!? Of course I have, but this is…you know,” Trent said shyly and ran his fingers through his hair. He peeked over his shoulder to check on his friends. They were now looking into his house and glancing around.
“Well just act as if everything is normal and that nothing happened today,” Sven said.
Trent turned back around. “Is that okay? To do that?”
“Right now it is. You have your friends to attend to and I do believe you have to think about a lot of things. It’s not like everything has to be resolved now.”
“But…”
“This is just what I get for trying to get with a confused guy and I’m accepting it. You won’t be that hard to convert,” Sven laughed and hid his smile behind his hands. Trent in response chuckled at that gesture.
“You don’t know that,” Trent stated and took a step backward. “I just might back out without so much as a blink.”
“It’s not you. You may not like it, but Trent you are a good guy. I can tell.”
Trent smiled and then turned around and jogged home. His heart was pumping and he was feeling unbelievably great. Sven. How could it be that just a guy could make him feel so good? Maybe it wouldn’t be as bad as he thought. Having a relationship with a guy. I mean sure they both were guys, but with a warm and happy feeling such as this there was no way it would be so bad. There could be no way.
“Where the fuck were you man?” Geoff said from the porch. Trent’s smile died down and he pointed over at Sven, who was now nowhere in sight. Both his friends looked over at the black car and the quiet looking house.
“That dude Sven took me home because you two shits were taking so long,” Trent replied and grunted as he came up the porch steps. “Speaking of which, how’d it go?” he asked Dominic and looked for his keys that were in his pocket. Before he did that he folded the sheet of paper, which was in his hands and dug it deep into his back pocket. He hadn’t informed his buddies about his unbelievable school program and didn’t want them to know at all. That’s the last thing he wanted them to know. Actually it had to be that and them finding about Sven. Oh shit. If they were to find out what would become of him. What if anyone found out? It could just kill his mother. But, he couldn’t give it all up either.
“Mr. Tanz was just telling Dom here he had to pay better attention in school and other shit man. You know how…” Geoff started to answer for Dominic.
“You went home with that Sven dude? I can’t believe it. Did you not here what I said at lunch about that freak?” Dominic said loudly. Trent flinched at the mere mention of Sven being a freak, but kept searching for his keys. He finally got a hold of them and pulled them out of his pocket.
“You told us nothing,” Trent said.
Dominic gaped. “I think it was because Geoff’s girlfriend interrupted me,” he chuckled. Geoff socked him on the shoulder and then the laughing stopped. “Shit dude that fucking hurt.”
“Are you going to tell us what the hell you wanted to tell us at lunch?” Trent asked. He shoved Geoff a bit in attempt to stop him from picking on Dominic. Trent may not want to hear anything bad about Sven, but if it was important in any way then he’d like to hear it. Any information he could find out about his soon to be lover would always be good. He smiled when the word lover had even popped into his mind. Could he really see himself as Sven’s lover? Okay, maybe he was taking everything too fast in his mind, but just the thought made him happy. Damn he was turning into a fucking pansy.
“Okay, okay, look I have family where he just moved from and I heard,” Dominic started and then stopped to cough. He raised his pointer finger in the air to tell them to give him a minute, as he continued to cough.
“Come on asshole,” Geoff said and gave Dominic a smack on the back. Trent had to admit that now he was getting irritated.
“Give me a minute man. Damn let me catch my breath,” Dominic said in rasps. “Okay, I heard that…”
“What!?” both Geoff and Trent yelled.
“I heard he had to move because he killed his parents.”
“No way!” Geoff said and laughed.
Trent rolled his eyes. He felt as if a great weight was now off his shoulders.
“That’s not possible man. I know his mom and there’s no way she’s dead. I hope you weren’t sprouting those rumors all day,” Trent said and went to open the front door. When he finally got it opened Dominic stopped him from going inside. “What is it now?” He couldn’t help but be worried when he saw how frightened Dominic looked.
“You don’t get it man. Those two who he’s living with now aren’t his real parents. Dude they’re his foster parents.”
