I wrote this for my mother. Most of my poems are written for my mother. Its my thoughts on snowflakes, even though I haven't really seen one before. Please review.

SNOWFLAKES

Little flakes

Little snowflakes

Falling from the sky

From the place up above

Where angels fly

Grouping together on the ground

Forming a layer, a blanket, a shroud

Under which, during spring

Many things

Can be found

If you take a black cloth

And catch one

You will see the beauty

of the snowflake

Its six-sided form

Its individual

Its likeness yet

Differences

To its brothers and sisters

A snowflake can cause

bitterness and pain

or

happiness and joy

it depends really

on the person’s way of

looking at life

And so I have spoken

Now you yourself must decide

May the snowflake bring you

happiness or

bitterness or

anything else besides
