Watch as eyes wonder,

Listen as others hear.

Be silent as those before us,

Danced.

They see,

They hear,

They smell

The horrors of the night.

Slowly killing,

Watching their prey,

Waiting for the moment to pounce.

You will die.

As sure as the ravens swoop.

We will all die.

The pain and suffering will cease.

Peace will finally be restored.

They lurk in houses, in trees.

They are everywhere.

Those cruel savages,

Ready to beat us with sticks,

Throw us out in the rain.

Humans are the animals.

A/N:

Well, that’s what you get for being bored to death for a whole hour in silence. I wrote this on a piece of tracing paper...backwards...

As I said, I was bored.

I don’t actually know why I wrote this...I don’t know the reason for any of the poems I write, actually...

Review?
